Welcome to Charlie's Drone Services. We provide aerial photography and video footage for your property using a DJI Mini SE drone.
What you will receive
- A qualified drone pilot will visit your property at a time convenient to you
- Digital photos and videos of your property captured using our standard methods but tailored to include any specific features of your property you would like to highlight
- All digital photos and videos provided through a downloadable digital folder on google drive
- Standard package will include 8 images and 2 videos
- Premium package will include 16 images and 4 videos
- Images are captured using a 12MP camera built into the drone
How long does the process take?
- Following your initial request, we will book a time convenient to you and at an optimal time for light and weather
- Time at your property, including arrival, setup, flying time and pack-down will be no more than 1 hour
- You can expect your images within 24 hours of the image capture session
What will it cost?
- Our standard package, which includes up to 8 images and 2 videos, is $115
- The premium package, which provides up to 16 images and 4 videos, is $200
About Me
I’m Charlie, a 13-year-old from the Kapiti Coast. A few years ago, I discovered drone flying and became intrigued by the different perspectives you can get from the air.
Four years ago, I saved up and purchased my first drone. Since then, I’ve upgraded my drone, developed my flying skills, and have been taking aerial footage around the Kapiti Coast, Marlborough Sounds, and the Wairarapa.
I wanted to start a business that could help people and earn me some money. I thought using my experience would be a great start, and to enable me to fly in restricted areas, I’ve completed my RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) Part 101 certificate.
